Build a load-specific acceptance check
Confirm exact origin and destination, equipment, cargo dimensions and weight, pickup window, unloading assumptions and the truck's next commitment. Compare the offered rate with the complete movement. Resolve missing operating details before treating a listing as dispatch-ready.
Separate a proposal from an assigned trip
A carrier offer is not the same state as a booked or assigned load. Check the actual booking status before telling a driver the trip is confirmed. Communicate changes through the supported shipment workflow and preserve the agreed requirements rather than relying on an unconnected verbal summary.
Keep compliance and money decisions explicit
The carrier must assess legal driving time and route suitability independently. BoxDirect does not automate HOS compliance or authorize driving from GPS data. After delivery, distinguish submitted documents, shipper review, administrator payout review and bank settlement when answering the driver's payment questions.
Supported equipment, review scope and booking economics
BoxDirect supports enclosed box/straight trucks in its active 16-, 20-, 24- and 26-foot categories, plus 53-foot dry vans. This does not mean every straight-truck body or service is supported. Confirm the assigned vehicle's dimensions, payload and loading equipment; a size label alone does not establish suitability.
Carrier verification refers to BoxDirect's business, insurance and identity-document review and eligibility workflow. It does not guarantee safety, performance, available capacity or coverage for a particular loss. Independent carriers perform transportation; this page does not classify BoxDirect as a motor carrier, freight broker, insurance provider or guarantor.
For new bookings, BoxDirect's 10% platform fee is included in the agreed freight amount and deducted before the carrier payout, not added on top of the shipper's booked price. A $1,000 freight booking allocates $100 to the platform and $900 to the carrier before other applicable deductions. Historical bookings retain their agreed totals.
Shipper payment, delivery approval, administrator payout review and bank settlement are separate steps. Delivery approval does not automatically release money. Reported problems require administrative resolution, and bank processing times vary.
Account registration & freight pricing
Account registration costs $0 USD. Freight rates vary by load, and displayed transportation and payment terms apply. The $0 offer is for account creation only; it does not mean free transportation or no platform fees.

Frequently asked questions
Does BoxDirect provide automated dispatch optimization?
No such capability is claimed. Dispatchers assess actual truck readiness, routing, appointments and legal operating requirements for each load.
Can a dispatcher treat a submitted offer as confirmed freight?
No. Check the load's actual accepted, booked or assignment state in the supported workflow. A pending proposal does not reserve a confirmed trip by itself.
Does this page authorize dispatchers to broker freight?
No. Work only with appropriate account authorization and the applicable agreements. BoxDirect's no-double-brokering policy and carrier responsibilities remain in place.
